About The Role As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for leading our dynamic Recruitment Team, managing end-to-end recruitment, and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for new employees. You’ll play a critical role in implementing innovative talent strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals across all areas of the business. You will: Lead and coach a team of Recruitment Coordinators Own end-to-end talent acquisition. Attract, assess, and secure top-tier, values-aligned talent across all functions. Manage full-cycle recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding Continuously build and nurture strong talent pipelines through targeted networking, talent pooling, and market mapping to ensure readiness for current and future hiring needs. Uphold principles of inclusion, diversity, and non-bias throughout all stages of the recruitment and selection process, ensuring they are actively integrated into hiring practices.
