CREDIT ADMINISTRATION & DATA MANAGEMENT * Maintain and update key internal reference lists and approved third-party provider information, including builders, attorneys, contractors, and related vendors. * Ensure departmental information is accurate, organized, and readily accessible to support effective decision-making. * Assist with maintaining consistency across credit administration documentation and processes. PORTFOLIO SUPPORT & RESEARCH * Research account activity, payment history, and supporting background information related to collection or portfolio follow-up efforts. * Support lending and credit teams by gathering, organizing, and preparing information for reporting, follow-up, audits, examinations, or resolution efforts. * Assist with information readiness and quality control during examination and audit activities. * Collaborate across departments to help resolve workflow or process-related issues. * Contribute to departmental initiatives and operational enhancements as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 1–3 years of administrative, banking, lending support, credit administration, loan operations, or office coordination experience preferred. * Previous banking or financial services experience strongly preferred. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
