This position is also responsible for personnel, program, coordination of services and supports and the maintenance of high quality service and supports to vendors, persons served and other stake holders. Maintain responsibility for the management/supervision of all personnel in designated area of responsibility. Ensure compliance with licensing, certification and regulatory standards for all services provided under the assigned case load. In conjunction with the State Director or Director Designee, be responsible for the budgetary/fiscal components of the programs.
