As a Member Services Representative you will deliver excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. If hired for this position, you will respond to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area. Key Responsibilities:  * Maintain good public relations with members and always represent the best interests of the YMCA. * Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in the branch and on the phone, contributing to member retention. * Greet and assist all members, potential members and staff in a courteous, professional and friendly manner.   * Assisting with basic membership transactions. * Respond to members' needs. Contact appropriate personnel when necessary and notify supervisor of unusual situations. Handle complaints in a courteous manner.
