What You’ll Be Doing Running smooth on time accurate payrolls (weekly & fortnightly) Maintain payroll governance and compliance to support identification and resolution of payroll risks and issues Handling leave reconciliations, journals, and EOFY processes Keeping our payroll systems (ADP Payforce, ADP Realtime, Kronos, Workday) updated Assisting with payroll reporting, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement projects. Collaborating with HR and Finance to keep everything moving Contributing to process improvements and team projects About you Ideally you have 2 years’ experience as a Payroll Officer within a Manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
