You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager, gaining hands-on experience while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Perform daily bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations. Assist with BAS, FBT, payroll tax, ABS surveys, and Payment Times Reporting. Manage vehicle lease administration and coordinate property rental payments. Prepare journals and reconcile intercompany transactions. Support year-end audit preparation and respond to queries. Contribute to process improvements and provide backup support to the Finance Manager and adhoc duties as required. About you Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or commerce. Ideally you have 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role. Commence or planning to commence CA or CPA studies. Computer literate with Intermediate Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP advantageous). Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and customers.
