Activités principales Superviser et motiver une équipe d’une dizaine d’employés syndiqués. Être un ambassadeur du programme de santé, sécurité et environnement et participer au comité de la CSSE. Superviser la planification, l’ordonnancement et l’exécution des travaux d’entretien préventif et correctif. Gérer le budget de la maintenance et optimiser les coûts sans affecter la production. Développer des plans efficaces à court, moyen et long terme pour les travaux d’entretien. Assurer la conformité aux normes SST et réglementaires (RBQ, systèmes de protection incendie). Piloter des projets d’ingénierie interne et d’amélioration continue en collaboration avec les opérations. Utiliser la GMAO et les analyses de données (Pareto) pour élaborer des plans d’action et améliorer la performance. Favoriser la formation, le coaching et le développement des membres de l’équipe. Connaissances et compétences nécessaires Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente en maintenance industrielle. Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans un environnement manufacturier syndiqué. Connaissance des principes de fiabilité et des meilleures pratiques de maintenance. Expérience avec la GMAO et l’analyse de données pour la prise de décision. Compétences démontrées en leadership, coaching et communication. Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à résoudre des problèmes complexes. Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l’anglais (oral et écrit). Expérience dans la fabrication de plastique (atout).
