Description du poste L’électromécanicien est responsable d’assurer le bon fonctionnement mécanique et électrique des presses à injection et des équipements auxiliaires. Activités principales Effectuer des réparation mécaniques, hydrauliques, électriques, électroniques et de contrôle; Effectuer l’inspection et l’entretien préventifs des différents équipements; Effectuer des diagnostiques et proposer des solutions; Effectuer des modifications d’équipement en fonction des besoin propres à Ipex. Effectuer la lecture de plans électriques, mécaniques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques. Effectuer des dessins techniques; Effectuer les montages et ajustements d’équipement spécifiques à Ipex; Effectuer des travaux de soudure à plat et vertical; Effectuer des travaux d’usinage conventionnel; Participer à la conception de projets d’améliorations; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à la demande du supérieur immédiat. Connaissances et compétences nécessaires Diplôme d’études professionnelles en électromécanique de systèmes automatisés; Certificat restreint en connexion d’appareillage ou certificat en électricité; 3 à 5 ans d’expérience à titre d’électromécanicien dans le domaine manufacturier; Maîtrise de la langue anglaise à un niveau intermédiaire; Maîtrise de la langue française à l’oral et à l’écrit.
