Key Responsibilities Responsible for the overall technology and digital solution needs of CIMB PB Malaysia, specifically for Avaloq. Participate in Project Steering Committees and Project Working Committees for approved and inflight technology projects. Act as the liaison between Business Team and Technology Team on all technology matters related to the PB platform, primarily on Avaloq. Understand business requirements from each PB business unit and document them in the Business Requirement Document (BRD) for relevant parties’ sign‑off. Translate the BRD into a Functional Specification Document (FSD) for sign‑off and subsequently hand it over to Technology Team for development and implementation. Configure and parameterise Avaloq based on BRD and FSD requirements. Escalate issues and risks related to technology to senior management in a timely manner. Provide solutions to issues and risks encountered in relation to technology. Build strong networks with relevant internal and external stakeholders, gather important technology updates, and stay abreast of the latest technologies in the wealth management space. Manage issues and complaints escalated by internal teams related to technology. Key Requirements Degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems). More than 10 years of working experience in Avaloq as a Business Analyst. More than 5 years of experience in a technical field (software development or hardware infrastructure setup/maintenance) is an added advantage. Experience in the wealth management industry or involvement in digitisation-related projects is an added advantage.
