Set clear goals and drive execution to achieve virtual card adoption targets and revenue objectives. Monitor and report on team performance, supplier adoption metrics, and revenue goals. Contribute to the strategic product roadmap by sharing Supplier insights and market feedback. Champion the adoption of existing and emerging client-facing products and capabilities, configuring optimal solutions for our Recruitment teams to help address client needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial card products, staying current with industry trends and best practices. Engage with client teams to understand pain points, refine solutions, and communicate critical feedback to Product teams. Collaborate with our Client Management and Sales partners on pricing, pipeline planning, and team upskilling through training and collateral development.
