Om ons finance team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Flying Accounts Receivable Officer voor onze D’ieteren Mobility Centers te Groot-Bijgaarden, Anderlecht, Halle, Buizingen.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is het nauwgezet opvolgen en controleren van betalingen bij onze klanten. Dit omvat het beheren van de openstaande posten, het identificeren van achterstallige betalingen en het communiceren met klanten om eventuele betalingsproblemen op te lossen. Dankzij jouw uitstekende communicatievaardigheden onderhoud je vlot contact met onze klanten en interne afdelingen. Jouw analytische inzicht helpt je om betalingsproblemen snel en efficiënt op te lossen.

Wat wordt jouw rol?

  • Opvolgen en verwerken van openstaande facturen en betalingen bij klanten.
  • Identificeren van achterstallige betalingen en proactief oplossen van betalingsproblemen.
  • Voorbereiden van rapportages en ondersteunen bij maandelijkse afsluitingen.
  • Communiceren met klanten om eventuele vragen of betalingsproblemen of rappels op te lossen.
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om een vlotte financiële workflow te waarborgen.

Gaat dit over jou?

  • Tweetalig (FR/NL) met uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Noties van boekhouding, een afgeronde opleiding in een financiële richting is een pluspunt!
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, zoals credit controller of debiteurenbeheerder.
  • Kritische blik en oog voor detail.
  • Sociaalvaardig met de mogelijkheid om effectief te communiceren met klanten en teamleden.
  • Proactieve houding en vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Technologisch vaardig: Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware (Venice) en een goede beheersing van MS Office, met name Excel, om gegevensanalyse te vergemakkelijken.
