Support transfers and contracts: Partner with in-country HR to manage affiliate transfers, generate contract documentation, and support manual payroll/benefits activities when needed. Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and technology; collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to prioritize and implement improvements.
