Track deadlines, action items, and project milestones. Communication & Coordination - Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, students, stewards, and external partners. Assist with email communication, registrations, and general inquiries. Coordinate communication between Prime Culture, Abundant College, and other church departments. Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication across teams Event & Program Support - Assist with planning and execution of events such as master classes, conferences, training, and college intensives. Manage event registrations, check-ins, materials, and follow-up communication. Support volunteer and steward coordination as needed. Help prepare run-of-show documents, schedules, and event logistics. Data, Systems & Reporting - Maintain accurate databases for students, attendees, stewards, and participants. Track attendance, registrations, payments, and program data - Assist with basic reporting and data organization for leadership review - Support internal systems, forms, and planning tools. Financial & Administrative Support - Assist with expense tracking, invoices, and budget documentation (as directed). Help manage purchase requests and receipts - Ensure operational processes are followed consistently.
