About the role CMW has maintained year-on-year growth since its establishment in 2012, and newest CMW office, Christchurch, is seeking a part-time Accounts Officer. The role is varied and would suit someone with a strong background in accounts/bookkeeping who is happy to get stuck in and help out wherever required to keep the office running smoothly. Outside of accounts, you'll also be involved with general, project-related and administrative tasks for the Christchurch Office. Responsibilities Timely processing of monthly accounts, reporting & reconciliation. Effective maintenance and administration of a range of office systems such as the Health & Safety System and Quality System in conjunction with the Office Manager Efficient running of the office including supplies, mail, calls and messages, couriers, photocopying, binding and general office maintenance.
