Med udgangspunkt i systemet får du bl.a. ansvaret for: Debitorstyring, kreditorbogholderi og fakturering: Du har det samlede ansvar for debitorer, kreditorer og fakturering. Du følger op på udeståender, godkender leverandør- og indkøbstransaktioner og sikrer korrekt bankafstemning og bilagshåndtering. Du står for løbende og månedlig fakturering, så kunderne modtager korrekt dokumentation til tiden. Regnskab, moms og rapportering: Du klargør materiale til periode- og årsregnskab, afstemmer og indberetter moms halvårligt og udarbejder ledelsesrapporter. Dine analyser skaber overblik og understøtter beslutninger. Løn og driftsopgaver: Du varetager lønkørsel og timeregistrering for 20–30 medarbejdere og håndterer ferie, fravær, pension og arbejdsskader samt korrekt registrering i Workfeed og Danløn. Derudover administrerer du arbejdstøj på syv lokationer, har overblik over kantineindkøb og står for dialog med forsikringsmægler ved skader. Procesforbedringer og ad hoc-opgaver: Du driver mindre digitaliseringsinitiativer, der forenkler administrative arbejdsgange, og løfter både små og større opgaver efter behov.
