Description du poste Vos Missions : 1. Embauches Collecter et contrôler les pièces justificatives obligatoires. Rédiger et assurer le suivi des promesses d'embauche et contrats de travail (y compris la signature). Collaborateur étranger : effectuer les demandes d'autorisation de travail, l'authentification des titres de séjour et assurer l’accompagnement (en cas de changement de statut du titre de séjour pour les embauches jeunes diplômés). Créer/contrôler le profil du collaborateur dans le SIRH. Organiser l'intégration administrative des nouveaux collaborateurs (gestionnaire de paie, manager, HRBP, Assistantes opérationnelles). Assurer le suivi des périodes d'essai et des échéances associées. Garantir la conformité et l'archivage des documents d'embauche, en collaboration avec HR SERVICES. 2. Alternances Collecter et contrôler les pièces justificatives obligatoires auprès de l'alternant, le maitre d'apprentissage et l'école. Assurer l'organisation et la communication avec les écoles. Déterminer les éléments du contrat et valider avec la HRBP (dates de contrat, période d'essai, intitulé de poste, rémunération). Rédiger et assurer le suivi de signature des contrats de travail et annexes au contrat. Contrôler et signer les conventions de formation. Créer/contrôler le profil du collaborateur dans le SIRH. Organiser l'intégration administrative des nouveaux collaborateurs Enregistrer le dossier d'alternance sur la plateforme de l'OPCO et assurer le suivi pour l'accord de prise en charge. Assurer le suivi des périodes d'essai et des échéances associées. Gestion des fins de période d’essai. Garantir la conformité et l'archivage des documents d'embauche, en collaboration avec HR SERVICES. Assurer le suivi et la gestion administrative des dossiers d'alternance (avenant changement de tuteur, contrôle des suivis d'assiduité à la formation, suspension de contrat en cas de stage à l'étranger, rupture anticipée de contrat, etc). 3. Vie du collaborateur Etablir les avenants, conventions de transfert et/ou nouveau contrat de travail lors des mobilités avant changement d’établissement. Contrôler les avenants rédigés par HR SERVICES avant signature, liés aux (mobilité géographique, intitulé de poste/SYNTEC, revalorisation salariale) . Assurer le suivi des renouvellements ou la mise des places des temps partiel (rédiger les avenants, assurer le suivi de signature, mise à jour des outils et transmission en paie). Contrôler et signer les attestations d'emploi rédigées par HR SERVICES. Organiser et suivre les visites de médecine du travail (reprise et suivi suite maternité, longue maladie et MTT). Créer les dossiers d'invalidités auprès de la prévoyance (récolter toutes les pièces nécessaires collaborateur/paie et transmettre à la prévoyance). Assurer le suivi des titres séjour (expiration, mise à jour des suivis et des outils, transmission en paie, procédure de suspension le cas échéant). Garantir le classement et l'archivage des documents RH, en collaboration avec HR SERVICES. Répondre aux demandes administratives des collaborateurs et des managers. Collecter, contrôler et transmettre en paie les demandes de prise en charge transport (actuellement géré par HR SERVICES). Rédiger et assurer le suivi de signature des conventions d'astreintes. 4. Absences Déclarer les accidents du travail auprès de l'URSSAF et assurer le suivi. Traiter et transmettre en paie les arrêts maladies (actuellement géré par HR SERVICES). Superviser le traitement des congés maternité, paternité, adoption, MTT et autres, gérées par HR SERVICES. Qualifications Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac+3 et, et vous disposez d’une expérience similaire d’au moins 5 ans au sein d’un environnement dynamique et en transformation. Compétences Techniques : • Maîtrise des processus administratifs RH et de la paie. • Connaissance du droit du travail français et des obligations sociales. • Capacités d’organisation, rigueur et confidentialité. • Autonomie et capacité à prioriser les tâches. • Esprit d’analyse pour détecter les erreurs avant paie. • Maîtrise de logiciel SIRH (ex.
