About the Role

We are looking for a driven and reliable individual who can support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store while contributing to a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations to ensure efficient store performance
• Supervise staff including training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Manage stock levels and oversee ordering and inventory control
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing queries and resolving complaints
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, contributing towards sales targets
• Maintain high standards of store organisation and cleanliness
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and displays

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and team support
