QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an architectural/engineering consultancy office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of consultancy workflows, project submissions, and design documentation.
• Strong design, presentation, and report-writing skills.

• Preparing, organizing, and reviewing consultancy contracts, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Managing client and consultant correspondence, following up with clients, and preparing progress reports.
• Coordinating with department managers and design teams to track project schedules, submissions, and delivery deadlines.
• Assisting in service pricing and liaising with suppliers/contractors, including maintaining their database.
• Organizing and documenting meetings (Minutes of Meeting – MOM) and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Supporting the development of office workflows, standards, and quality procedures.
• Assisting management in the recruitment of new architects/engineers when required.
• Contributing to the concept and detailed design of new projects, including mood boards and design presentations.
• Coordinating with local authorities and municipalities for project submissions and approvals.
• Reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with codes and client requirements before submission.
• Meeting suppliers and contractors to evaluate materials, finishes, and technical solutions.
• Supporting the finance team by tracking client payments vs. project progress.
