JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Fixture Purchasing Specialist to join our team and support the successful execution of store development projects across TJX Canada. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fixture order fulfillment for a variety of initiatives—including new stores, relocations, remodels, and rollouts. You’ll act as a key liaison between vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation of store fixtures. This is a great opportunity to apply your purchasing and project coordination expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Review and validate fixture plans to ensure alignment with current prototypes and project scope
• Analyze architectural blueprints and collaborate with Designers to determine fixture requirements
• Execute fixture order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Liaise with contractors, Project Managers, Store Operations, and other stakeholders to evaluate site conditions and adjust orders accordingly
• Monitor project timelines and proactively manage fixture lead times and installation schedules
• Coordinate delivery and installation plans for both regional and national fixture rollouts
• Address and resolve fixture deficiencies, logistical issues, and site-specific challenges
• Maintain and update fixture databases, including specifications, pricing, and vendor details
• Ensure accuracy of fixture automation software and purchasing platforms
• Implement new fixture item numbers and updates across systems and documentation
