Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Lampeter, Ceredigion (covering the whole county)
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full-time (including on-call duties)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our dedicated care team and oversee the daily operations of our service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory standards are met, promoting best practices, and maintaining our excellent reputation for client-focused care.

• Leadership & Compliance: Manage and inspire a team of care professionals, ensuring delivery of high-quality care and full compliance with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) regulations.
• Operational Management: Oversee staff rotas, monitor service delivery, and ensure care packages are tailored to individual needs.
• On-Call & Care Delivery: Participate in on-call responsibilities out of hours and be willing to cover care calls if required, ensuring continuity of care.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance systems to meet regulatory and company standards.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the service remains financially sustainable.\
