What you’ll do At the moment, as Business Analyst you will be focused on: Meeting with user groups and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Provide context for user stories, answer questions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitating and coordinating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and Retrospectives.Analysing data, workflows, and metrics to recommend improvements. Compiling metrics, creating reporting, and completing data analysis. Coordinating and undertaking testing to ensure solution functionality, efficiency, and user-friendliness. Preparing and maintaining knowledge artefacts. Providing post-implementation training and assistance to users. Collaborating across disciplines to continually improve analytical processes and practices.
