Responsibilities Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to organisational performance, operations, and strategic initiatives. Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Conduct business process reviews and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support project implementation. Contribute to the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives. Maintain accurate records and documentation of analysis, findings, and recommendations. Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, performance monitoring, data analysis, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
