You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure CAPA’s news coverage remains the industry leader while continuously seeking ways to improve our processes and maintain the highest editorial standards. Role Accountability and Duties: Research & News Gathering Conduct thorough, time-sensitive searches for aviation news and updates across a range of sources, including press releases, social media and news websites. Maintain and expand a list of relevant aviation news sources and assess these sources for quality and reliability. Maintain and expand a database of official press release websites and other direct news sources. Collaborate with team members to ensure all research tasks are completed on schedule. News Brief Writing Write concise, accurate news briefs for publication on the CAPA website and distribution in email alerts to CAPA members. Meet or exceed KPIs for news output and quality standards. Incorporate editorial feedback to uphold CAPA's quality guidelines.
