You Have: Analytical strength: 4+ years of experience in business or data analytics, preferably within a high-growth B2C fintech or e-commerce environment. Technical depth (SQL, Visualization, Experimentation): Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets from multiple sources. Expertise in building high impact narratives via data visualization tools such as Tableau, or Mode. Strong proficiency with statistical design and analysis of experiments. Influencer & Communicator: Track record of presenting to senior executives, defending your insights, and influencing product/marketing roadmaps.
