Facilitate workshops, document functional and non-functional requirements, and act as the link between business stakeholders and the squad. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR? Solid years of business analysis in agile environments, ideally with exposure to healthtech or retail products. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience. Proven experience running workshops and translating outcomes into documented functional and non-functional requirements. Strong knowledge of agile practices, BA standards, and backlog management within a squad model. Proficiency with tools Jira, Miro, Figma, Confluence, Lucidchart or equivalents. MS Office / Google Workspace for documentation and data analysis. Proficiency with documentation and data analysis through MS Office suite or similar. Has managed or supported data-related projects e.g. dashboards, reporting pipelines, data quality initiatives, or analytics products. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? Produce detailed requirements and acceptance criteria so that delivery teams build features that meet business and user needs. Refine and maintain backlog so that development work is prioritised and aligned to business objectives. Capture non-functional requirements so that technical and compliance standards are addressed. Analyse user and system data so that trends, issues, and opportunities are visible. Provide evidence-based insights so that product and business decisions are informed.
