We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help design and scale the company’s operational platform — internal systems, workflows, and automation that power day-to-day operations. This role is focused on operational transformation: taking complex, manual processes and turning them into scalable, structured, and increasingly automated systems - including with the help of AI. You’ll work across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Support teams, helping redesign how work actually gets done. This is not a documentation-only role. We are looking for someone who actively builds clarity out of chaos, moves fast, and is comfortable prototyping and testing ideas in real workflows. Your role at xpate: Analyze and map complex operational workflows and processes. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. Help design scalable internal systems and workflow logic. Translate business and operational needs into structured requirements for Product and Engineering teams. Rapidly prototype process improvements and AI-assisted workflows (e.g. using AI tools, low-code/no-code, lightweight models or workflow tools). Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring solutions into production. Support the design of AI-assisted and partially automated operational processes (human-in-the-loop where needed). Define process rules, edge cases, decision logic, and operational flows. Track impact: efficiency gains, reduction in manual work, speed, and quality improvements.
