Overview As the Business Analyst, you will work with project, business and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, practical actions. About you Relevant experience in claims, operations, business improvement, projects, systems support or a similar environment. Formal Business Analyst experience is helpful but not essential. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify issues, ask practical questions and help translate business needs into clear requirements or actions. Ability to work with stakeholders, gather information, document processes or impacts, and contribute to practical solutions that support successful change. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working collaboratively across operational, project and technical teams.
