Οργανώνει και συμμετέχει σε συσκέψεις με τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη αναφορικά για την πρόοδο του έργου. Συντονίζει την κατασκευή υποδομών, παρακολουθεί τη σωστή εφαρμογή σχεδίων / μελετών και την τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων. Ελέγχει επιμετρήσεις, πιστοποιήσεις και λοιπά συμβατικά έγγραφα. Τηρεί αρχείο μελετών και εγγράφων που αφορούν την προετοιμασία και υλοποίηση του Έργου.
