We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable specifications to support technology initiatives in a law firm environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly regulated industry. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Responsibilities include Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process reviews. Map current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements. Work closely with IT developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. Assist in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure proposed solutions align with compliance and security policies. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
