Tasks Work towards sales of specialty green coffee to roasters / customers within the European market and maintain positive relationships with clients Develop and maintain relationships with green coffee suppliers / producers in Asia and Africa, and manage sourcing projects Manage and update CRM database Contribute towards conducting analysis of market, identify client requirements & establish further areas of growth Assist on marketing projects related to social media, specialty coffee content, newsletters, etc Coordinate with Attesa Coffee’s European warehouse partners to manage entry and dispatch of inventory Work with European transport partners to facilitate final customer deliveries, including requesting quotations, finalizing delivery orders and tracking progress Travel and represent Attesa Coffee towards clients and in global coffee fairs / events Requirements Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar Experience / working knowledge in the coffee industry is a must 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, coffee, premium F&B, or lifestyle sectors Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment Willingness to learn and an active to develop a career in the Coffee Industry Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions.
