The Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for driving learning initiatives that align with strategic objectives and alignment across all Fleet training programs for Princess Cruises. The L&D Manager partners closely with business leaders and corporate stakeholders to ensure learning strategies are aligned with business objectives. The Manager, L&D also supports the delivery of high-quality training aligned with Princess Cruises’ standards, regulatory requirements, business objectives, governance strategy creation, best practices (ADDIE), and framework to direct stakeholders.
