About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of People Development to join our People and OD Directorate . This is an exciting opportunity to lead the University’s people development agenda and work with colleagues within and outside of POD, to enable the co-ordinated and effective implementation of colleague development processes, programmes and initiatives which is future-focused and supports the Road to 2030 strategy.
You will lead a team to drive innovative and impactful development programmes, enhance leadership and management capability, and ensure a culture of lifelong learning. You will work with key stakeholders, ensuring a coordinated and effective approach to development, overseeing governance and reporting, our approach to mentoring and coaching, as well as driving the use of our apprenticeship levy.
