Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to IT and business decision-makers across North America. Promote and register qualified prospects for client-sponsored webinars, events, and briefings. Use Dexter, Nooks, and HubSpot to manage outreach, log interactions, and track results. Follow structured scripts precisely and update CRM records accurately after each call. Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including: Registrants: Qualified prospects registered for events. Attendees: Prospects who attend events. Attrition Rate: Manage no-show percentages. Dials: Maintain consistent outbound call volume.
