Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze workforce trends, including turnover, retention, engagement, and performance metrics. Use data and insights to identify risks, recommend solutions, and proactively support organizational health and effectiveness. Employee Relations & Culture: Manage complex employee relations matters, conducting fair, thorough, and objective investigations.
