Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to lead initiatives within the Chinese-speaking cryptocurrency market. This is a remote role within the APAC region, ideal for a results-driven individual fluent in Mandarin and English, with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, especially derivatives and exchange operations. The successful candidate will focus on developing partnerships, engaging with influencers, analyzing regional trends, and collaborating across teams to support growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish collaborations with token projects and key stakeholders in the Chinese-speaking crypto ecosystem to enhance product offerings and market presence. Influencer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and community leaders to strengthen brand presence and drive platform adoption. Market Insights: Track and analyze local market trends, competition, and regulatory developments to support informed decision-making and business strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align growth strategies with operational goals and regional regulations.
