Responsibilities

Design, execute, and continuously refine data-driven growth strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Identify and scale most effective channels such as SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, and affiliate
Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization throughout the entire customer journey
Collaborate closely cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Development teams to identify new growth opportunities
Monitor KPIs and report actionable insights and performance to management and stakeholders
Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trends and innovations in digital marketing
