Description du poste Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe, nous recrutons un Chef de rang (H/F). Sous la direction de notre Responsable restauration, vos missions seront les suivantes : Assurer la mise en place de la salle avant le service Préparer le matériel nécessaire au service et vérifier la bonne présentation des tables Participer à l’accueil des clients et veiller à leur installation dans les meilleures conditions Prendre les commandes, conseiller les clients sur les plats et les vins en fonction du menu Assurer un service fluide, professionnel et discret tout au long du repas Être attentif(ve) aux besoins des clients et anticiper leurs attentes pour garantir leur satisfaction Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Commis de salle, le Maître d’hôtel et la cuisine Participer au bon déroulement du service et à la communication entre les différents postes Veiller à la propreté et à la présentation de la salle selon les standards du restaurant et de l’hôtel Appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire Participer à la clôture du service et à la remise en ordre de la salle Qualifications Profil recherché : Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie en tant que Chef de rang, idéalement dans un restaurant bistronomique, gastronomique ou au sein d’un hôtel de standing similaire. Vous maîtrisez les techniques de service en salle et possédez une excellente connaissance des produits et des accords mets-vins. Qualités recherchées : Doté(e) d’un excellent sens du service et du détail, vous êtes attentif(ve), réactif(ve) et à l’écoute des clients. Votre présentation irréprochable, votre sens de l’organisation et votre esprit d’équipe vous permettent d’assurer un service fluide et élégant.
