Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard within your assigned section
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen space
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
  • Monitor stock and assist with rotation and inventory control
  • Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members
  • Communicate effectively with other sections during service
  • Respond to the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment
