Passionné(e) par votre métier, vous contribuez à la préparation et vous êtes garant du bon déroulement du service en salle. Vous garantissez l’accueil du client et le suivi des tables qui composent le rang sous votre responsabilité. Vous supervisez le travail des commis de rang pendant la mise en place et le déroulement du service. Dans ce cadre, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la cuisine du restaurant.
