Il veille à garantir les normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et contribue à la formation des Commis de Cuisine. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES * Préparer les plats chauds et froids, sauces …. * Contribuer en assistant le Chef de Partie à la bonne organisation de la Cuisine. * Contrôler et s’assurer de la qualité et de la fraicheur des produits. * Assurer l'entreposage et la conservation hygiénique des denrées alimentaires, * Appliquer et faire respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, et les standards définis par l’Entreprise. * Suivre le plan d’entretien général et les normes HACCP. * Nettoyer et entretenir les équipements, ustensiles et surfaces de travail de la cuisine.  * Respecter le tri des déchets tel qu’il est établi au sein de l’Etablissement.
