About the Role: Our kitchen is compact and efficiently run, best suited to a team of two chefs during service. Despite its size, the operation is highly organised and capable of producing up to 300 meals on a busy Sunday. You’ll be working with a structured and supportive team that values preparation, consistency, and teamwork. The kitchen doesn't really have titles, The Head Chef is in charge and everyone else is the treated the same tier of chef and is welcome to collaborate in future menus and ideas equally. This is a full-time role condensed into just 3.5 days per week, offering an excellent work–life balance.
