Une première étoile en 1977 puis une deuxième en 1981 et enfin une troisième en 2008. Dans son restaurant gastronomique 3 étoiles Michelin, Gérald Passedat propose une plongée sous-marine, vous entraînant peu à peu vers le grand fond sur la base d'une pêche éco-responsable. Description du poste Nous recrutons un chef de rang pour notre restaurant étoilé EN TANT QUE CHEF DE RANG Vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement du service et assurez une qualité d’accueil et de services personnalisés auprès de notre clientèle. Vous connaissez parfaitement la carte afin de répondre aux attentes des clients. Vous procèderez notamment aux différentes opérations de service et de mise en place dans le respect des standards de qualité et procédures en vigueur au sein de notre établissement Qualifications Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation hôtelière type BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, BTS vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins un an à un poste et établissement similaire. Vous disposez d’une excellente présentation et d’un bon relationnel. Vous êtes motivé(e)s, avez un sens aigu de l’organisation et du travail en équipe. La maitrise de l’anglais est obligatoire.
