Description du poste Rattaché.e à la Responsable du Pôle Performances, vous assurerez la gestion des tests de performances en sous-traitance. EN NOUS REJOIGNANT, VOUS SEREZ EN CHARGE DE : Proposer les protocoles d’études d’efficacité Etablir, suivre les plannings des tests et garantir les délais fixés Coordonner la réalisation des tests auprès des différents intervenants (laboratoire, évaluation de la sécurité, réglementation...) et être le relais d’informations relatives à l’avancement des tests, des problèmes rencontrés et des choix réalisés Echanger sur les allégations des nouveaux produits avec le service marketing pour la mise en place des tests Analyser et communiquer les résultats de tests Participer à la sélection des prestataires de tests pour l’évaluation externe Participer à la communication scientifique Participer à la constitution du dossier légal cosmétique Qualifications LE PROFIL RECHERCHE : De formation supérieure scientifique en Biologie, Biophysique, Sciences de la vie ou autre, avec une spécialisation idéalement en cosmétique Expérience significative sur un poste similaire (fabricants de produits finis ou de matières premières, centres de tests d’évaluation clinique, etc.) Compétences en gestion de projet, en cosmétologie/biométrologie (techniques habituellement utilisées en évaluation clinique) et en statistiques Organisation, autonomie, rigueur, esprit de négociation et sens du relationnel. Capacité de synthèse et de rédaction Anglais opérationnel CDD d'une durée de 4 mois minimum, à pourvoir dès juillet 2026.
