Description du poste Votre future équipe Au sein des équipes SI de Maxime, vous interviendrez en tant que Chef(fe) de Projet Maîtrise d’Ouvrage pour accompagner l’un de nos clients industriels stratégiques. Vous piloterez des projets applicatifs SI Usine, hors ERP, liés à la production, au contrôle qualité et aux opérations métiers. Vos missions En tant que MOA confirmé(e), vous serez responsable du pilotage, du cadrage et de la cohérence fonctionnelle de plusieurs applications SI critiques du périmètre usine (GMAO, LIMS, applications métiers…). Vous interviendrez notamment sur : Pilotage de projets applicatifs Piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets : cadrage, planning, budget, risques, reporting. Préparer et animer les instances de pilotage (COPROJ, COPIL). Assurer la coordination entre les métiers, la MOE, les équipes techniques et les éditeurs. Cadrage fonctionnel & expression des besoins Recueillir, formaliser et prioriser les besoins utilisateurs des équipes opérationnelles (maintenance, qualité, production…). Structurer les exigences fonctionnelles et les scénarios d’usage. Réaliser les études d’impact et vérifier la cohérence avec le SI global. Suivi de la conception & des évolutions Garantir la bonne compréhension des besoins par la MOE et les équipes techniques. Participer à la définition des plans de tests et valider les livrables fonctionnels. Contribuer au paramétrage fonctionnel si nécessaire (GMAO, LIMS, outils maison, etc.). Applications SI Usine Intervention sur un portefeuille d’applications critiques telles que : GMAO (gestion de la maintenance) LIMS (laboratoires / qualité) Applications métiers spécifiques au site industriel (production, opérations, pilotage d’activités…) Accompagnement au changement & support utilisateurs Préparer la conduite du changement et organiser les ateliers d’appropriation. Rédiger la documentation fonctionnelle et les supports d’aide. Accompagner les utilisateurs lors des déploiements et de la montée en charge. Amélioration continue & performance applicative Identifier les axes d’amélioration des outils et processus. Contribuer à la capitalisation, aux retours d’expérience et à la montée en maturité du SI usine.
