Prêt(e) à relever le défi avec nous ? Vos missions : En tant que Chef de Projet / Cheffe de projet EPCM, vous prenez en charge le pilotage de projets dans les domaines de l’Industrie. Dans ce cadre vos missions consisteront à : La gestion de projet EPCM : Pilotage de projet TCE (Tuyauterie, Génie civil, mécanique, Structure, EIA, etc...) de l’APD au commissioning des unités. Coordonner l’ensemble des intervenants (internes et externes) et assurer la bonne interface entre les différents lots techniques. Être garant du respect des procédure et norme HSE Planification et Suivi Financier : Établir et suivre les plannings de projet en veillant au respect des délais et des budgets alloués. Superviser le suivi financier du projet (gestion des coûts, marges, prévisions budgétaires) et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire. Supervision Technique : Assurer la qualité technique des livrables en conformité avec les exigences réglementaires, les standards de sécurité et les attentes du client. Effectuer des contrôles réguliers sur site, identifier les risques et piloter les actions correctives en matière de sécurité et de conformité technique. Relation Client et Reporting : Maintenir une communication efficace avec le client, fournir des rapports d’avancement réguliers et s'assurer de la satisfaction client. Gérer les réunions de pilotage, rédiger les comptes rendus et assurer le suivi des actions. Qualifications Vos atouts : Vous êtes le profil idéal si vous possédez une formation Ingénieur généraliste (ARTS ET METIERS, CENTRALE, ENSAM, ENSIC, INSA…) ou niveau équivalent. Vos 8 années d’expérience minimum acquises en gestion de projet ingénierie ou EPC taille de projet jusqu’à 50 000 heures en ingénierie dans le secteur de la pétrochimie, du raffinage, de la pharmacie, ou d’autres industries de process, dans une fonction similaire, vous permettront de performer rapidement. Vous avez la maîtrise des techniques de technologies de pointe et une capacité d’anticipation sur des problématiques Technique/Planning. La maîtrise de l'Anglais est indispensable niveau minimum requis et une bonne maitrise des outils de gestions de projet (plan d’exécution projet, planning, courbe en S...).
