This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for monitoring screens and systems to ensure safe and continuous operation. You will coordinate with site teams and provide real-time support for any issues that may arise. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Monitor screens and dashboards displaying site operations for the project. Ensure operational efficiency by identifying and resolving any system alerts or operational issues. Coordinate with on-site teams to address any operational or safety concerns promptly. Maintain clear and effective communication with day-shift supervisors and managers to ensure smooth handover of information. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site procedures at all times. Document and report on operational performance, including any incidents or issues during the night shift. Assist in implementing corrective actions to improve site performance where necessary.
