JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management and/or estimating, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related field.

• Review project plans, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Solicit and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Develop project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Identify and resolve issues or changes in scope during project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
