Vacancy Status: Current Opportunity DESCRIPTION: The Director, Real Estate Development will oversee land development projects, focusing on servicing, rezoning, planning, acquisitions, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will drive innovative solutions to maximize returns on real estate investments. This role also involves directing project teams, coordinating with municipalities, and liaising with external stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Servicing: Infrastructure Development: Plan and oversee the development of essential infrastructure, including roads, utilities, and drainage systems. Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and utility companies to ensure timely and efficient service of the land. Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
