Daarnaast fungeert de CSM als aanspreekpunt voor alle technische en operationele aangelegenheden, waaronder incident- en crisismanagement, SLA-opvolging en coördinatie met de servicedesk. Functieomschrijving Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Beheren en opbouwen van sterke relaties met key clients. Optreden als single point of contact voor klanten en zorgen voor een hoogwaardige klantbeleving en klanttevredenheid. Nauw samenwerken met interne teams om ervoor te zorgen dat aan de behoeften van klanten wordt voldaan. Afstemmen met de salesorganisatie bij het signaleren van nieuwe opportuniteiten. Deelnemen aan Service Review Meetings (inclusief het opstellen van notulen), het definiëren van actieplannen bij crisissituaties en optreden als direct aanspreekpunt voor incidentmanagement.
