CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES
· Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
· Process and track customer orders from start to completion
· Resolve issues, troubleshoot concerns, and escalate as necessary
· Maintain accurate customer records in the QuickBooks system
· Provide product/service information and upsell when appropriate
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
· Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and internal reports
· Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical
· Attend virtual meetings and coordinate internal communications when necessary
· Assist with data entry, inventory tracking, and production supply management
· Support VP of Operations with special projects and daily operational tasks when necessary
