QUALIFICATIONS

Whether you studied business, psychology, human resource management, political science, strategy, or something completely different, is not the most important factor to us. We are more interested in your strong analytical skills combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality, as well as your interest in our area of expertise in Organization Transformation. We expect that you have excellent project management and communication skills – both verbal and written – as well as an eagerness to make a difference for clients and colleagues. We are a team full of diverse nationalities, so while fluency in Danish is not required, fluency in English is essential.
