As a Senior Operational Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a cloud-based SaaS platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and reliability. You will act as the first responder for production incidents, handle deployments, and maintain operational procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance observability, automation, and continuous integration processes. Accountabilities Serve as the primary responder for production incidents, performing triage and ensuring rapid resolution of critical issues. Create and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and documentation for recurring tasks and incident management.
