JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for work in the pastry section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and in line with our established recipes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant.
• Minimum of 3 Years Mediterranean cuisine experience.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for culinary excellence and a desire to innovate.

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
• Collaborate on menu development and specials.
• Maintain consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for your section as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to promote a high-performing team.
