As a Quality Chemical Lab Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be working with a team of Lab, Contamination Control, IQC as well as other facility, process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, building up and optimizing ChemLab analysis to enhance analysis quality and reliability. Working on Lab technical development, equipment trouble shooting, SPC management, response to safety/audit requirement and responsible to Lab analysis precision and efficiency. The scope of Chemical Lab analysis includes metal, in-organic, organic, polymer, assay and other analysis require chemistry analytic technical and additional responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out customer’s requirement, leading and participating in defense line establishment/improvement and handling ChemLab tools maintenance/calibration, control the commission priority with efficiency to achieve quality, accuracy, precision and efficient objectives. Responsibilities and Tasks: Chemical LAB's analysis scope includes UPW / Chemical / VPD / Slurry / Photoresist analysis of quality control. Responsible to handle analysis and tool management, include excursion follow up, trouble shoot, maintenance/calibration, performance check and spare parts management/purchase. Innovation in new technical & method development, fine tune and new tool release validation. Responsible to chemical Lab 6S, safety, audit, data accuracy and metrics performance. Efficiently control and respond Lab commissions requirement. Own the project with efficiently and active to join Micron journal activity. Responsible for pre-task/SOP as well as lead excursions/OCAP follow up. Compliance with audit, safety and technodes transfer requirement. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, chemical industry, chemistry engineering, environment health, environment engineering or relevant fields. The working environment in generally located in ISO class clean room, vital to wear necessary personal protective cloth (protection coats, shoes, googles, mask...) depending on job assignment.
