Explore continual improvement in test program development approach to enable advanced characterization and validation methodology aligned with the growth in customer requirement and higher data rate supported. Support Electrical Failure Analysis by simulating NAND sequences on NAND tester, investigate root causes of reported device issues and collaborate with NAND Design, Application Engineering, Product and System teams to drive closure of device issues Automate program development and work processes whenever possible. Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering. Course work or work experience in Python/C/C++, semiconductor physics, data analytics and statistics is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
