Role Overview As a Product Manager, Procurement Digital Transformation, you will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of digital solutions—most notably Autonomous Sourcing—as part of Micron’s broader Procurement AI journey. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, procurement operations, and emerging technologies, with a focus on reducing manual effort, optimizing sourcing decisions, and driving measurable business value. You will be responsible for incubating new ideas, running proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and scaling successful solutions into enterprise-grade products. Working closely with global stakeholders, IT, suppliers, and solution providers, you will define product vision, shape roadmaps, and deliver seamless, scalable solutions. From ideation to hypercare, you will own the product lifecycle and champion continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven procurement initiatives, including autonomous sourcing and sourcing optimization. Identify and incubate innovative digital solutions through rapid experimentation and POCs. Lead the transition of successful POCs into scalable, enterprise-ready products. Collaborate with sourcing managers, category leads, and IT to identify pain points and opportunities for digital transformation. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled tools that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making. Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing procurement systems and enterprise architecture. Translate business requirements into scalable product features and user experiences.
