This role ensures that systems are reliable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The IT Manager provides both strategic leadership and hands-on technical guidance to support daily operations, long-term planning, and continuous improvement. Essential Duties: Manage daily IT operations, including infrastructure, networking, systems administration, endpoint support, telecommunications, and cloud-based services. Lead, mentor, and support IT staff to ensure timely resolution of service requests, incidents, and project tasks. Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation. Oversee cybersecurity controls, risk mitigation efforts, access management, patching, monitoring, incident response, and user awareness practices. Ensure technology systems support compliance requirements, including privacy, security, data retention, and industry-specific regulatory obligations. Manage hardware, software, licensing, asset inventory, lifecycle planning, and technology procurement. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and service providers to maintain reliable systems and cost-effective services.
