Support survey administration by coordinating timelines, preparing stakeholder communications, and organizing reporting materials. Conduct basic analysis of employee feedback data to identify initial themes and trends, contributing to larger analytical efforts. Help prepare reports, summaries, and presentation materials that communicate employee feedback insights to stakeholders. Provide administrative support for recognition and celebration programs, helping to maintain program documentation and coordinate activities. Maintain organized project trackers, documentation, and data files while ensuring confidential handling of employee information.
