About Your Role: As the Maintenance Coordinator, your role is to develop, establish, and monitor rollingstock maintenance schedules that ensure the effective use of labour, equipment, tools, and plant, minimising the cost of maintenance and unavailability of rollingstock. You will support with coordinating all maintenance schedules with inventory, finished goods, and project requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Analyse maintenance plans, contracts, engineering, and other information to estimate time spans for the processing of materials, parts, and tools to meet contractual delivery requirements. Develop draft maintenance schedules and coordinate final schedules and approval with the operations manager, planning manager, contract & services manager, service engineer, service manager & supervisors, and other interested parties Coordinate the planned work with workshop supervisors during the maintenance event Ensure correct close out of maintenance packages after the event.
