Job Description The role… We have a unique opportunity to join our brand-new Reward Team as a Reward Analyst where you will play a crucial role in analysing, developing and designing our reward offering and processes across the entire business. This area of expertise is a new venture for Radius which we are very excited about, and therefore presents a brilliant opportunity for someone who, has an analytical mindset and is ready to take on a new challenge to help us shape our reward structure. You will be working directly with the Head of Reward, collating, modelling and mapping reward data, particularly in relation to the renumeration process, to provide insights and analysis which will help develop strategies, which support us on our continued journey as an employer of choice. The role is broad as we start to build our area of expertise within Radius, meaning this role will stretch across all areas of compensation (pay and bonuses) as well as benefits. Within this role, you will lead on all aspects of reward analytics required to deliver the harmonisation project. Your analytical skills will be critical to the successful delivery of not only this project but the start-up of the Reward function. The Reward team forms part of our wider People Team. This role is based at our head office in Crewe, Cheshire, providing an excellent working environment complete with an onsite gym, changing facilities, café, games areas, and breakout rooms. Your responsibilities day to day will be… • Capture, evaluate, and maintain global salary and benefits data to inform our reward offering. • Build and maintain Excel models to cost and evaluate salary and benefit packages. • Support the harmonisation and transformation of our reward packages. • Provide detailed data analytics and insights to the Head of Reward. • Analyse data and create predictive salary benchmarking and modelling tools. • Co--ordinate remuneration review processes – maintain accurate salary history records, manage review timetables, initiate review cycles, track approvals, and ensure alignment with policy. Highlight exceptions or policy deviations for senior approval. • Contribute to the annual pay review and bonus processes. • Lead and deliver reward and benefits projects as required. • Produce high-quality reward analysis and reporting to support effective business decisions. • Partner with the Head of Reward to develop and promote colleague benefits. • Co-ordinate the embedding of new reward practices across the business. • Provide analytics to support the development of reward policies. • Keep up to date with current legislation, trends, and best practice in reward and benefits. • Lead process automation initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce task time. • Provide timely support to colleagues with queries in all areas of reward. Qualifications What do we expect of you? • Experience of pay and benefits across multiple countries is essential. • Advanced Excel skills is essential, including knowledge of VBA (sumifs, countifs, vlookups etc) as well as building Excel models, reports, summaries and analysis from the ground up. • Can confidently analyse and interpret a wide range of complex information from multiple different sources, extracting key points to communicate to individuals at all levels. • Able to provide analytics which will contribute to the development of our polices. • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a preference for data. • Comprehensive understanding of data analysis tools, techniques, and principles. • Able to build and understand the different types of data models. • Experience using data visualization tool such as Tableau and Power BI. • Strong problem-solving skills for complex problems and ability to logically analyse requirements, processes and systems. • An understanding of a reward platforms is desirable. • High standards of professionalism, creativity and a ‘can do’ attitude. • Takes initiative and is able to work independently.
