This position instructs gymnastics classes, open gyms, and rentals in a safe, enjoyable, culturally aware, and positive environment. Help with setting up and implementing lesson plans and providing structure to classes, rentals, and open gymnastics. Develops positive relationships with participants and provides motivational support and guidance. Perform evaluations of each session, which will give participants a baseline to see improvements. Convey program information, surveys, and annual campaigns to participants. Participates in staff meetings, training, events, reviews, and other scheduled events. Upholds all YMCA policies, procedures, standards, and code of conduct. Fulfills any other functions designated by the YMCA Administration.
Responsibilities
